The two opposed banks of sprays consist of an assembly of Headers, Standpipes, Nipples, and Spray Nozzles
Casing
Structure can be made of extruded aluminum section or of heavy duty fabricated section. Structures are used to provide stability to high air volume units. Casing Panels can be of both single skin and double skin & insulated in various material constructions, i.e. GI, SS, aluminum, etc.
Tank
Tank is made of heavy steel sheet followed by painting treatment or FRP lining or even spray galvanizing. Other materials such as SS or PVC can also be used.
Water Recirculation System
The recirculation system consists of a centrifugal pump with GI Piping and necessary Valves and Strainers
Mist Eliminators
Eliminator blades are of 4-Bend Design and can be of PVC extruded construction or from GI or SS sheet fabrication
Air Filters
Adequate filtration is provided (i.e. 15 to 10 microns) for assuring proper safety of cell pad from dust. Also, customized higher filtration can be provided.
Air Intake Louvers
Inlet louvers are located at the section of the unit. These are made of different materials like PVC, GI, aluminum, SS, etc. and are available in various forms like Drift Type, Send Trap Louver, etc.

Static Pressure:
As per requirement (generally 50 mm to 75 mm of WC)

- Both options of Evaporative Paper Pad & Conventional Water Spray System are offered
- Water Recirculation Pump for adequate flow with energy efficiency and lower maintenance efforts
- Water Sump / Tank is designed and manufactured to suit weather conditions with material of construction and special treatment like zinc spray galvanizing, FRP lining and stainless steel
- Filtration efficiency with optimum air volume & minimal pressure drop
- Air intake louvers are offered to restrict major dust and rain water
- Large capacity unit skeleton is specially developed from heavy gauge galvanized steel sheet with appropriate weather-proof coating
- Entire unit is mounted on heavy duty channel base frame to provide steady strength to the unit
